In our ovens in our painting systems install heat recovery systems and blast smoke ring. This takes air saturated of polymerization and sends it partially, through an electric fan controlled by PLC, in the combustion chamber in order to be neutralized the bad air and the heat recovered.

are certified with an accuracy equivalent to 94.6%. Per That’s why we are sure of uniformity of the final result. The ovens designed and installed by TEKIMP use heaters with patented combustion chambers made of AISI 310 with three rounds of combustion of smoke.
OVENS WITH DIRECT HEAT EXCHANGER
- MANUFACTURING FEATURES
Air circulation is obtained by fans which draw air from the upper part of the oven and then introduce it in the area of the combustion head of the burner, which brings air to the desired temperature mixing it with the products of combustion. the hot air thus obtained is then introduced into the plenum in the lower part of the oven, where appropriate adjustable deflectors allow to standardize distribution.
A portion of the air in circulation is ejected to perform an effective renewal and support a the correct supply of oxygen to the burner.
